Returns (domestic shipment only)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, Sweet Madness is happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 10 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for a full refund for up to 10 days after items are received/delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all the following must be true:
- Return is initiated by the customer within 10 days of delivery date.
- The item(s) is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging -- with the exception of a manufacturing defect.
- The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization. We will not accept returns for items that have been miss handled, heavily worn or damaged due to user error.
- You can not return items that were purchased using store credit.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake as said below.
We advise that all returns are sent by USPS First Class with Tracking, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns. To ensure a safe delivery of your return please make sure jewelry is returned in it's original box and safely wrapped.
Please note we might not email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived to our offices, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.
If in the rare occasion you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, you can request a free return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid return label. Please note that all our products are imported from France, therefore if your item is out of stock at the time of the return, it might take longer to send you the new one. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your items upon arrival as claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Returns are usually processed within 7 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers. Therefore the transaction can take a few days to be effective and available on your account.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via a Sweet Madness Gift Card we will issue you with an on-line credit.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale and special cannot be returned and are final sale. All items purchased using a promotional code may be returned for store credit only for up to 10 days after items are received/delivered.
Availability – imported products
All of our products are imported from France. Some of them are made to order. We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. If for some technical problems any of the products ordered is not available in our inventory, you will be notified via email of any changes to your order availability. For partially delivered orders, you will only be charged for the items that are available. To the best of our ability, we will inform you of when you can expect your merchandise, as you may opt to keep or cancel your order.
We do not accept exchanges for alternative items, unless for rings that requires a different size (meaning that adjustable rings are excluded from this policy). Please check before ordering our size guide that may help you.
If you need to exchange your ring for another size, please place a new order on line and return your other items for a refund.
In all other cases, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we recommend to return it and then purchase the desired items.
Sweet Madness may run promotions, offer you a special gift or put items on sale from time to time. If you received a gift with your purchase alongside a paid item, the free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.
Christmas returns & exchanges
During this busy gifting period, we extend our returns policy to make life easier.
